A two-stage diagnostic from The Systems-Building Leader
This diagnostic identifies which of three structural pillars — trust, expertise, or empowerment — is most likely to need attention first, then takes you deeper into that pillar. The first stage is twelve questions covering all three. The second is six questions on whichever pillar surfaces as the weakest gap.
Together it takes about eight minutes. The questions are drawn from the eighteen diagnostic tools in the book; the deeper diagnostic is a short version of the matching tool from Part One, Two, or Three. Every full tool is free to download from this site.
